Good sturdy ten frames with strong magnetic foam counters. The marker pens write clearly and the bit on the end that erases equations really cleans the area very well. I like the addition of the space at the bottom of each card which allows you and your child to write/ complete the equation after they’ve manipulated the pieces. Great for understanding ‘Friends of Ten’ and showing visual representation of tens and ones. My grandson loves working with this kit.

This is an excellent product that is simple to use but versatile too. The boards can be used individually or together. Depending on how you want to represent the adding, subtraction or counting activity that you are doing. I work with children with additional support needs and this has turned out to be a great resource to develop my pupils understanding of addition, subtraction and sequencing of numbers.
