I assume you're referring to adapters for the hoses where it connects to the water line valves. The package should come with hoses and connectors that are made for U.S. specs. If you require different size connectors it would be best to contact the company itself. The product is coming from China and a lot of times their English translation isn't the greatest. I noticed a few mistakes in their product description also.
