I got this because I had a painful sprain in one hip and was advised to sleep on my other side with my leg over a pillow. Regular pillows got kicked away in the night as I slept so I thought I’d try this. This one did the job and I think it did help heal my hip as it kept me in a good position for it all night. As a bonus you can prop it up and use it as a back and arm support. It does take up a fair amount of space in the bed so be aware of that if you’re trying to share! My teenage kid saw this and immediately got one too for helping with restless sleep. It has really worked for both of us, I just use it all the time now as I do sleep better with it. The cover is soft and I like the colour. it came vacuum packaged tiny but fluffed up nice, no weird smell. I would recommend this pillow. Bear in mind if you have hand or arm weakness it is a little bit heavy to move the whole thing around, I’m not sure my elderly relations would be able to move this around easily.

*Edit after using for 3 months: I've increased my rating to 5 stars from 4. To say I love this pillow is an understatement. It's supportive, comfortable and I couldn't imagine not having it now. The filling is not sagging or losing any of the structure. The cover washes and dries well and I've continued to wake up refreshed without any back or hip problems* I first bought this pillow in the velvet but I found the material too hot and it felt like the same material as the top of an air mattress so I sent that back and got the cooling material. I would have preferred cotton, but those are the 2 options. The cooling material is silky and feels much better than the velvet, but it slips around in bed a lot more than the velvet. It is very big, but I am 5ft1. It takes so much room in the bed, we have a superking bed and if we didn't I'm sure my husband would end up on the floor most nights especially as if I am only using one side the other 'leg' slips and splays out away from me. I saw some reviews saying it's too firm, but I found it just about right, if not a little soft but I know this is preference. The only issue I have is if I sleep on my side with one arm under the pillow, I wake up with a numb arm, I guess this is down to the firmness? I contacted the company as I wanted a second cover for it but they don't do them apparently, which is a massive shame! I hope they do them in the future. Since I've been using this pillow my lower back has improved so much, most days I have no pain now as I was struggling with normal style pillows. So much so I think I'll keep using the pillow after I have the baby! I also find it helps with keeping my legs comfortable and reduces hip pain as I can use it to keep my hips aligned. Honestly this pillow is incredible and I'm glad I bought it.

Amazing product great comforts and came well packaged, helped really well with pregnancy discomfort, it’s plenty thick and great pain relief any side you sleep on, it’s size was astounding despite the size of the package comes in plenty of colours we opted for the pink one over all great product

I very rarely review things I've bought but this pillow is INCREDIBLE and has been an absolute game changer for sleep and comfort. It's versatile, nice fabric which does seem to be cooling, perfect size and shape and extremely supportive. I've started using this in week 17 of pregnancy and can see myself using it after the baby is born for feeding etc. Me and my husband also have a regular size double bed and he still has space! Would absolutely recommend.

Its soft, comfortable and good size/quality pregnancy sleeping pillow. Its easy to unpack, takes some to puff. It retains its shape though after use. Its cover is removable and machine washable. Its fit & help for better sleep.

So iv been struggling with lower back pain and pelvic and hip pain due to being overweight, iv constantly bought different mattresses and pillows hoping they will reduce my pain but no they didn't work. I looked into this body pillow, and thought if it works for pregnant women its got to work for me and im not pregnant. I can tell you now it works. Its a great pillow, it supports your hips and lower back when laying on your side. It also was a headache reliever the comfort of this is amazing. It actually is so much better than an actual memory foam pillow. The filling inside does bounce back after use which is a bonus. The size could be longer with the legs but I think its perfect and the price is worth paying for. I am not 100% pain free as iv only used it once but I think a couple more nights and il be pain free completely.

This pillow is so comfortable and cosy. It accommodates your body perfectly in a snug comforting way. Supports your back helping with back pain and aligns your pelvis too helping with hip and knee pain. It didn't take too long to fluff out, the instructions are very clear as to what to do for this as well.

Great value! Amazing product. Purchased for my wife whilst she was pregnant and struggling to sleep. Needs around 24-48 hours to air so that it gets its shape and sponginess but this thing is an absolute game changer! I even used it myself a few times super comfortable! Oh also I recommend washing the cover before first use. Super product and great value! Much better than some of the higher priced alternatives in shops

Gifted this to a lady with EDS who's in a lot of pain. She's absolutely delighted and says it's the best present she ever got. Even her husband finds so comfortable that he says everybody should have one!

Not pregnant. Bought for safest. I have awakened too many times in the middle of the night about to roll out the bed onto the floor. Safety rails too expensive.
