Fits in the Baby Buddha pump flanges. Having full silicone versus just plastic is nice.

I reached out to baby buddha when i got my pump to as if they had smaller silicone inserts for the flange, they said the one it comes with is the smallest and it makes the flange 22mm. So i went on amazon and found this! They fit perfect on my baby buddha flange and are so comfy! Definitely recommend

They are softer to the touch, but with my machine it didn't really work well as an attachment in the flange. It really does depend on the size of your nipple.

These are the same size with the exception of them just being shorter in the tunnel part of the flange. Works as a great replacement pair
