Good quality and very quiet.
My wife finally talked me into this and I am glad we got it. This vacuum is very quiet. When we use our Dyson or Hoover you can't hear yourself think. The Miele is much quieter than those two brands. The attachment for hardwood floors works better than our Dyson or Hoover.

I love my Miele
I love my Miele!! It’s a very strong machine, great suction, picks up all my dogs hair and leaves my carpet super clean, easy to use. It’s an expensive machine but totally worth it, much better buy than my old Dyson. Glad I decided to buy it.
