HERM, FAN, and C all easily readable on top.Can't speak to longevity, but out of the box it meets specs according to my cheap multimeter. See pics.

Why wait for the inconvenience of having a capacitor fail and paying for a service call on a hot day? It won't take you 15 minutes to switch out the old functioning capacitor with this new one and have the backup in the garage. Cheap insurance.

Matched the specs from the condenser and it lasted for 2 days and started acting the fool. Would not handle the south florida heat.Replaced it with American (3× the price) and... no more issues.
