This is my second purchase of this item to be placed at another location in my house after a year of having it. The build quality is great and as expected. The value for the money is per spot on. I do imagine I will need to rewrap the rope eventually. Cleaning the bowls is ready but they do too over. My cats love them and even porch on the steps to watch us. My cats are larger and with a stud Finder I didn’t have any issues. The grip on the steps is softer but cats are able to use them without an issue.

I would definitely recommend this, it was super easy to put together (and I am a 23 year woman who is not use to doing stuff like this at all, but I didn't want to wait and my fiance was at work!) This is definitely worth the almost $30. The stairs may need to be replaced in the future but they are holding up for now. I just have 2 hefty boys so I feel like they may eventually snap which is okay because it was only $30 and stairs are easy to find and replace on here! The main platform is great. I love the scratch pad part- for now its great but may need to be replaced once all scratched up unless you just want to cut it off which I probably will in the future. I bought this to keep my cats having water and food away from the dog and gives them a space to get away from the dog since she is still a puppy. The water bowls I can see breaking in the future or if you drop too hard since it's cheap plastic but again, this was almost $30. For what you get I think its a great buy.

Our cat loves it. It works great, was not hard to put up and cleaned up our cat area. It also looks very nice.

I own a drill, so I was able to make the holes myself, but it only comes with a screwdriver so it would be next to impossible to put it together without a drill. Also the material wrapped around the food platform has some blue staining??

I am pretty handy. I have built and installed many things like this. I am returning this laughable cat bed/tree and repairing the holes left in my wall from attempting to install it.Listed, are a few issues I encountered before giving up out of frustration. Had I continued, I would have been lucky if this product could hold a cat without falling off the wall.1. The pre-drilled holes are not drilled straight, or not drilled at all. I had to pre-drill the holes for the shelf brackets.2. Almost impossible to line up wall anchor holes and the tiny predrilled holes on the product.3. Large anchors are worthless.I stopped at this point as I was tired of all the problems I had encountered to this point. I am returning and I wish I could give 0 stars. Not to mention, my big cats would NEVER fit on the tiny platform. This product is beyond worthless.

It works great my cat is still debating whether he wants to use but installation was a breeze.

I used this to keep the cat food off the ground because my dog would eat the food. It works great for that purpose. The main platform was stable and easy to screw into the wall. The materials felt sturdy. The holes for the food dishes were deep enough to hold the bowls. I'm not worried about the stability.The only issue I had was the scratching material got destroyed pretty easily. I have 2 cats and the rope used for the texture got torn off pretty quickly. I fixed it by wrapping the area with jute twine and hot gluing it back on. A super easy fix and now it looks great.4 stars because it does its job and the little bowls with cat ears are so cute. 1 star off because they could have secured the scratching part better.
