Very disappointing for this product. I own a lot of Enesco Beauty and the Beast, this is the first time I feel disappointed for their product. The painting condition is very bad. I am not sure if there is any QC checking or not. I feel I have received a defected goods.

Beautiful figurine,but came damaged, Beast has a broken horn. Annoying. Package wasn't damaged so it is a factory defect. Disappointed. Collecting Jim Shore figurines for many years, never happened this before.

This item is well crafted and has bright colors a wonderful addition to any Disney collection
