It will fit anything with a mil-std 1913/picatinny rail. Your AR should have a top rail running most of the length of the gun. The only issue is clearing optics, if you have a scope thats got any bit of length to it you may have issues with the carry handle cuz it only really works at or near the center of your rifles center of weight distribution. If youve got irons or a red dot then it should be fine but you gotta imagine that M60's dont typically have any kind of optic and when they do its not in a position where the carry handle can make contact

I need to know if this can handle a barrett m82a1 weight. yes the barrett m82a1 has picatinny rail. however the naked gun is already over 31kg.

31KG is about 68 lb. That's hella weight lol. We tested out on the 50 pounders and it worked out just fine. For a 68 lb application, our main concern is not the handle itself giving it's all steel but the aluminum mounting base.
