The call center agent was dismissive and seemed more interested in ending the call than resolving the issue. I expected better from Amazon. If you're shopping on Amazon.ae, be careful. The product quality is unreliable, and customer service won’t support you if something goes wrong.

original post: (3 stars) Jacket is of good quality but waaay too small. I have a large long Wrangler rugged style jacket that fits perfect after being washed (shrinking it a bit). With this one I wanted little bit higher of a sit at the waist and I got that but I also got sleeves like 3 inches too short. This jacket is so small for a large that if I replace it it'll be a xlt minimum. I could button the jacket but it fit exact, like a dress shirt. I wouldn't be getting any extra layer underneath beyond a t-shirt. Edit (5 stars): received the xlt version today and it's a perfect fit. It fits exactly as my lt rugged jacket does when I use the cinch flaps on the sides. Overall I'd say it fits a little looser in the torso than the rugged jacket but also I little higher like I wanted. This jacket would be better if I wanted to later something underneath it. Great product. Just remember that this about a size smaller than the rugged Wrangler jacket in some dimensions so you'd probably be best served going a size up.

Die Jacke wurde schnell geliefert, die Jacke passt sehr gut und ist auch gut verarbeit. Kann ich empfehlen.

Estaba buscando una chamarra estilo Yellowstone pero sin pagar un precio ridículo y esta fue la opción. Se siente un poco rígida pero es lógico considerando el material, aunque eso sí, no es para temperaturas muy bajas (yo la recomendaría cuando mucho para 10C) si quieren algo para el frío real compren una con forro de borrega.
