Shrink Smart Weighted Hula Hoop for Adult

I was researching for a while about these weighted hoops and I have read many negative reviews about some breaking easily or having damaged weights. I finally decided on this particular one, and I am soooo happy that I ordered it! It has really exceeded my expectations and I'm absolutely obsessed with it! It is a fun way to work out the core and stomach. I put music on and do it until I am sweating. It arrived in great condition and the assembly was easy. Highly recommended to add a new and fun way to workout. Just make sure to use it in a large open space to avoid hitting anything.

I don’t know how to use a regular hula hoop. So I decided to try this one. It’s actually fun. However, it’s quite noisy. Those massage buttons squeeze my skin (or belly fat) and it’s quite painful and uncomfortable.

I live in an apartment and this thing is very loud,also don't see much of a difference

I have been looking to purchase one weighted hoola hoop. I came across this hoop and I ordered it. I really liked it. Its heavy and the hoops can be adjusted easily according to your waist. The weight also moves smoothly and is not noisy also. Really liked my purchase.

It's so much fun to use it and perfect for belly exercise. I'm obsessed with it. I used it every day,hope it's work on me.and I can lose some inches .so know I am satisfied with my purchase.

Not recommended to invest in this device, buy a normal Hoola hoop, but this one is the wrong decision.
