RADA Cutlery Slicer Knife (R107), 7" Stainless Steel Blade, Made in USA, Silver Handle

Wonderful knife. Slices perfectly from meat to tomatoes. Perfect size for me. It is a light weight knife. This my 3rd Rada knife. Seems to stay sharp. I have only hand washed. In picture this one is on right and utility is on left.

I heard about this knife by watching Karen Jones Food & Family cooking show on her you tube channel. I had not heard of this brand before. The knife is made well with a nice handle and very sharp blade. I do not put them in the dishwater as I am told that will dull the blade. But a very good knife for the money

Light weight and very sharp, plz careful. Anyone arthritis pain or hand pain this is perfect. Mainly I use for onions and tomatoes. Very useful and easy to use. For veg it’s little thin maybe I need different style but same brand. Maybe need little lengthy one for vegetables.

I own a knife that is 35 years old, just like the one I bought! It is still sharp and this knife is a gift for someone who used my knife and wanted to own one.

I have several Rada knives. I also like the pizza cutter and vegetable peeler. Satisfied with all but they are far pricier than they used to be. That is the reason for four stars instead of five.

Works like a dream. Docked a star for the thin handle but the blade is great

not sure how long the edge will last but WoW it's super sharp on arrival. I was able to slice through partially cooked bacon embedded in fresh dough without disturbing the dough in any serious way. Amazing!
