Disappointing Experience with Proven RO - Poor Quality and After-Sales Service I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Proven RO. The issues started just a week after installation when the tap began leaking. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response from the company. I had to take matters into my own hands and repair the leak myself. However, that was just the beginning. A month later, the auto-cut switch malfunctioned, and when I complained, I was shocked to be told that I'd have to pay ₹350 for the repair. This made the warranty seem like a joke. But the problems didn't stop there. After 7-8 months, the motor stopped working altogether. The customer care process is frustratingly complicated, akin to applying for a passport. I had to call, raise a complaint, and wait for a technician to visit. The technician would just diagnose the issue and update it, leaving me to follow up with customer care again to arrange for a courier for damaged part. Even I was told to expect a chargeable visit from a technician, with no clear timeline for resolution. What's most concerning is that the company doesn't seem to care about how customers manage without drinking water during this prolonged process. The lack of accountability and poor after-sales service has been appalling. I would not recommend Proven RO to anyone based on my experience.

The water purifier works well. Almost one and a half years of use and still working. Had an issue some time back, the company was overcharging for part replacement. Got it repaired locally.

Exactly worked for 1year

I am writing this review after around 6 months of use. The machine has stopped working now. I had ordered it for my parents who live in a different city. This is the worst buy ever. If you can service the machine yourself, replace the filters and spare parts yourself, then go for it, as it will be cheaper than the big names. But, if you are dependent on their service, then please don't buy it. I bought it because of the other reviews and ratings. It was good at that time. But now, their service is just a sham. They have just one person receiving the calls, they will ask for you number and then cut the call immediately. They don't even listen to you. And they never revert back. I had even opted for the OnSiteGo warranty extension for a year. That is also of no use now. I got to service it locally now. These people have made money now. They don't care about customers any more.
