poor product quality and exchange policy
The jug isn't holding water due to poor joint sealing at the bottom. Initiated a replacement request. It has been one month and no dispatch happened. Disappointed.

The quality of steel provided is good and size is handy to use.

Water flow is low
Water comes too slowly due to pressure difference. There should be a small pin size hole on lid. The lid is too tight and difficult to open. Not user friendly

Very nice
The jug is very nice. Its not very strong but good enough to store 1 liter+ water and easy to clean. Cover is also good for smooth operations.A good buy.
