36-foot Fiberglass Extension Ladder, 300-Pound Load Capacity, Type IA, FE3236

Meets and exceeds my expectations.I didn't review the "Maneuverability" and "Light weight" categories... because it's a friggin' 36 foot ladder! It's big, and unwieldy for a single person to handle. Definitely a two person job to carry and move this ladder. Be safe.Mine arrived in perfect condition, shipped directly to my work site.👍

I had to return the ladder because one of the two latches would not open, preventing the ladder from collapsing and making extension difficult, on the first use on the day of receipt. The problem was so bad that even after three men were able to wrestle it to the ground, we still had difficulty getting it to collapse. I hope that my experience was an exception, and I had no trouble returning the item, but it was my experience.

The ladder itself is just fine and well made. However the ad copy said the weight was 38 lbs and the actual was twice that at 76 lbs. I can't handle 76 lbs so had to return it.

The ladder is as expected. It is heavy and that makes it harder to handle, as expected. Very sturdy though! Good price!

The top three rungs were crushed.

Unfortunately I thought it is 40lb ladder from description and misleading information. It looks the ladder is used because scratches everywhere and steps are dirty.
