I ordered this with a multi pack of incense. When trying my new scents with it I noticed the base is just a touch too small and ashes will fall directly next to the base, rather than in it. A small platter underneath does the trick to do easy cleaning the incense holder itself is super easy to clean. The sticks are stable inside of them.

It looks really nice but just one of them won't catch the ashes so I put both together.

Works great for me! There's 6 different holes and each one is a different size. I like the fact that I can use different types or sizes, be it with or without the stick stems or even the cone incense. If my stem is too skinny (causing the incent to lean), breaking it off to make it shorter keeps the incense firmly put in any one of the six holes provided OR - breaking the stem and then using the other half of the stick to fit the incense in the largest middle hole works great too! Either way it stands straight up and catches all the ash each time. The tray cleans up easily and the lotus is much prettier than having the basic wooden incense holders. I'm happy with it!

Works so well…. NOT! Doesn’t even catch any of the ash. Leaves a big mess. Do not purchase.

I don’t like that it is so tiny and the ashes fall outside of the incense holder. I have to put something under it to catch the ashes. I do like the holes. They are different sizes. I usually burn two incense at a.time. The quality of the incense is great. Not sure if they all smell the same. Just used one box so far, “Good Vibes”. Smells great!

It’s small in size and not effective at all , all powders falls outside not inside lotus

The holder is very pretty, exactly what I was hoping for. The only trouble is that the ash doesn't hit the dish at the start. You can see in my picture. I tried lodging the endcin so it stands straight up but it doesn't work so I'll always have a little cleanup to do. Otherwise, for the price it's cute.

This product is dangerous if u use stick incense -- It does not fit and falls over - Even usuable ones drop hot as onto other surfaces so put it on a plate if you want to use it -- I bought 2 of them - More Chinese crap -- Looking good but useless and dangerous.
