I was skeptical, but now I certainly don’t regret it at all!
This has been an absolutely fantastic purchase. After reading some of the reviews on here, and hearing all sorts of “horror feedback” surrounding pre-built gaming computers, this is a gem for its money. Right from the get-go, the PC itself comes very securely packaged in a professional manner. In fact, I was very surprised in how difficult I found to get out of its box, but you appreciate that once you realise how truly well-built this machine is. One thing I will say is “don’t do what I did” — in short, I read a previous review on here from someone who claimed to get a keyboard and mouse with it. Now, unfortunately, I DIDN’T get that, and it was simply just the computer on its own. I swiftly emailed the support team to raise this, and they confirmed that they no longer provide any additional accessories as they now sell them separately, so please keep that in mind before purchasing. I will say though, their customer service team has been absolutely fantastic. No robots, just pure human contact and genuine assistance in a timely manner. The inside of the computer comes very safely packed with airtight cardboard bags, to ensure none of the internals become damaged during transportation. In terms of the tempered glass, that seems of very high-quality and comes with its own glass protector sheet on both sides. I’d also like to clear up some other reviews on here which say that it doesn’t come with Windows 11 pre-installed or activated. I can confirm it does (or at least mine did), and I didn’t have to do anything in terms of purchasing any activation keys myself. It seems they already sort that for you, making it easy just to literally plug-and-play. Didn’t manage to grab a photo of the little LED remote, but it does come with one in order to change the different LED functions around the internals of the computer. It also gives you an option to change the speed of the fans — whether you want them off entirely, or full-force speed which keeps your system cool during long gaming or editing sessions. I am absolutely blown away with how fast this system is, as well as how smooth the entire process has been. I’ve already had a 6-hour editing session with this thing after owning it just for a few days, and if you’re someone who works with 4K footage for example, then this system has literally no issue in handling that. In terms of how the fans sound, it all depends on what setting you have them on. Full blast speed can be a little loud, but honestly it’s not something that is ridiculously aggravating. In fact, you almost shut it out without realising it once you get carried away with gaming, work, etc. Very easy to forget about the fan sound. Lastly, the size of this system is quite big and you can tell it’s built using high-quality materials. And an even better bonus: it looks extremely beautiful. Please Note: if you don’t know a lot about gaming PCs (which I didn’t at first), just be aware there will be a wire hanging out inside of the computer. THAT IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. There is nothing you need to do with it, it’s simply there as a spare for your graphics card if you ever need it. I had an issue with getting an image to my monitor, but that wasn’t an issue with the PC or graphics card, it was simply me being an idiot and connecting the HDMIs the wrong way around as they weren’t a double-sided connection. All-in-all, I promise you won’t regret purchasing this as a budget-friendly gaming PC. In fact, it’s one of the best ones I’ve seen at this price for the specs it provides, and the team who supply it are always there to provide you with the best possible assistance needed as soon as you need it. There’s also a full forum online where the community are extremely helpful, too. Can’t go wrong. Bravo! <3

decent starter pc!!
admittedly, i didnt know exactly what to look for in a pc but as someone who played frequently on laptop for years, i decided on a relatively cheap (based on previous research) pre-built to start myself off. quite frankly, i was impressed with this one. the only issue i run into, is the headphone jack can be a bit glitchy and sound will only come through one side unless its turned to a specific position. but i can also use the jack in my microphone, so its not a big deal for me anyway. im not great with tech, so when i ran into a couple of issues when setting up, i felt a bit stumped on what to do. customer service helped me out with my problems, including issues with connecting to the monitor (which just happened to be a loose cable), providing me with a windows product key when i couldnt find it on the pc and understanding components and getting them to work. i personally dont play many games and was worried when i didnt see the few i DID play in other reviews so i thought id mention the performance of those here… should they be of any use. minecraft varies around 150-200 (in the overworld on a world with quite a few builds and mobs) to around 580fps (which i was able to reach in other dimensions but not all the time, so it very much depends), which is honestly beyond what i expected. the pc does struggle with shaders, however, and will drop to 30-80fps depending on which shaders and shader options are used including, but not limited to, BSL, complementary and sildurs. still, the game is playable but if smooth gameplay and high fps is what you’re looking for with shaders, you most likely wont get that in MOST cases with this specific pc. valorant, on medium-high graphics, runs at 120-200fps and may reach almost 300 with the lowest settings. again, this definitely exceeded my expectations and is a breath of fresh air when you play on laptop at 30-50. i dont think this is something to complain about and was more than happy with the performance. the isle legacy (not a game i expect many people to know or play, but decided to include) can run at 80fps with high graphics—presumably more at lower options—but if playing evrima, the max you’ll get will be around 20 with the lowest playable settings. even the absolute minimum, it was struggling a bit although at that point, the game is pretty unplayable, in terms of graphics/visuals. i assume that with newer games/games with higher graphics, you’re not looking at the best performance. definitely research the cpu/graphics card before hand, to get a grasp of what it can and cannot handle. i also use this for university work, and the pc runs smoothly overall. i do plan on upgrading parts as time goes on, but as a starter pc it’s definitely worth investing in and id say i would recommend it to someone who might be thinking about purchasing it as their first too.

Excellent Computer for AI
Very pleased with this computer. Excellent for local AI models. The 8GB RTX card and 32GB RAM are good enough for up to 19B parameter LLM's. Can be used to create local AI Agents and local AI document systems. Works well for local text to speech. Excellent for a wide range of local Text to Image models and digital photograph enhancement. Can be used for local text to video but a bit slow. Fully compatible with Ollama and all other AI support tools. This computer allows access to a wide range of open source AI models for getting a greater understanding of AI or for implementing AI for business use. Having local models means that they are always available, secure and do not require subscription fees.

Waste of time and money
It worked fine for the first few days and then it just started overheating and crashing/turning off. I don't know what happened and i am very disappointed because my son was very excited to use it and now he cant.. To make things worse, i wasn't able contact the seller and when i went to return it, they said it was past the weight limit and they were going to charge me for returning it to the seller and now i don't know where i can return it to the seller. I would not recommend this PC, its a waste of time and a waste of money…

Good gaming PC
love the look of this gaming PC, really easy to setup and good spec for the price. Unfortunately it stopped working after a week and had to return it. Customer service to return it was great but communication was poor when looking to find out why it was late being returned/replaced. New PC was sent to us and it all works fine and is exactly what my son wants. Would have been a 5 star if it wasn’t for the initial damaged PC and poor communication as the PC is great value for money.

Amazing Value PC — Runs Great and Super Easy to Upgrade!
I paid £329.99 for this PC, and honestly, it’s been brilliant from day one. I’ve had it for around 3 months now, and it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it smoothly. Gaming has been great, and the system is fast and responsive for everyday use. Since getting it, I’ve upgraded the RAM and added a GTX 1660 Super graphics card, and the difference has been amazing — games run really well with no issues at all. The upgrade process was simple too, which shows how well this system is built for future improvements. For the price, the performance you get here is excellent. It’s a perfect entry-level setup with loads of potential to grow over time. Couldn’t be happier with it!

Capable but unimpressive .
Item arrived promptly and well packed . This is used as a W10 replacement and not for gaming so speed not a priority . The only negative , no lighting functions , which does spoil the overall impression , although again it not a priority for my needs but I suspect would be a let down for a younger user . Sorry found lighting control in package , all works well so would upgrade to 5 star !
