Great product .!!

The red gummies are nicely flavored but the orange ones are gross. They have a funk that is fishy but I don’t take supplements in the form of gummies for taste although that is an added bonus. I wanted something with Bacopa and the omegas and probiotics offer benefits. I have a theory that the body can more readily absorb vitamins and nutrients from gummies versus pills as they are recognized by the brain as food. I intend on evaluating how sharp I feel taking this twice a day and removing Cognium to test its efficacy. I also take an Ashwaganda one with B12, L-theanine, Gaba, D3 and turmeric. I notice an improvement in my ability to recall things and articulate my thoughts but sometimes it’s still 30 plus seconds to retrieve the answer/words especially names and trivia. In my twenties and thirties I don’t ever remember that issue. Yay for aging ;-) but thankful for supplements.

Good flavor but the tend to stick together in the bottle so you have to pry them apart. They seem to help my memory so I will keep taking them.

This product has definitely helped me with my memory. I'm remembering things more quickly than I did before using it. I like that it's a gummy. I'm taking enough supplements in a pill format. :}
