Good quality

I've stuck 3 tablets in for our large paddling pool and its stopped any slime forming at the bottom. I take it out when the kids are playing and put it back in when they're done and the water stays clean for a good 4-5 days (I think ours just gets filthy with grass and sun lotion!) They do take ages to dissolve but then you can smell them when you pull it out so it is doing something. Would recommend sticking in the night before you plan to use the pool

Ideal for paddling pools, I used broken down chlorine tablets which fitted nicely. Unit does the job, I have the larger one for the bigger pool. Saves all the refilling and cleaning if left with no continuous chlorine dosing. (Pea soup) Unit arrived on time, my larger unit I have had for ten years so if this one lasts then money well spent.

Test strips didn't work.. Both TA and bromine levels were completely wrong. Ordered from another brand which showed bromine was way too high. Wrong and potentially dangerous.

Why did you choose this product over others?: 3 stars because the chlorine and the dispenser are great but the test strips are absolutely defunct. I kept on adding baking soda and chlorine thinking they were both extremely low. Long behold, I got another brand test strip now telling me chlorine and pH are extremely high. Top left strip& top bottle are the pure splash one. The right strip and bottle on the bottom are another brand.
