I'm on week three and my facial hair is finally growing slower, I started out by taking the two but was experiencing facial dermatitis so I am now taking just one daily, not sure if it's directly helping with acne, bcuz I'm also taking other supplements to balance hormones, but overall my face has improved.

I I don't thanks this is full experiment the leaves and capsules do not smell like the peppermint leaves do the spearmint should be almost stronger but smells more of grass than of a minty smell.

So these seem to be good quality spearmint packed into capsules, but they make me burp minty flavor which sounds refreshing, but gets old really quickly. Also, I seem to get a slight heartburn every so often when taking these. Other than that, these seem to get good quality.
