Fantastic.
Iv tried painting minitures but I don't have the greats eye site or steady hand so I find it really hard. This bad boy is brilliant. I love the size its was bigger than I thought it would be. It comes in grey as you can see by the head. Once I primed the model I started to airbrush the colour then added scrapes and shadow. It is still a work in progress and I have not finished it yet. It is a great price for what you get. Plus it comes with moving parts and accessory's to add to you model. I am really enjoying painting. It does not come with a bases but you could make your own and use a model stand to get the position you want.

The scale creep is real!
I've been into 40k for over twenty years, I enjoy the setting and models immensely! But I never thought much of the much larger McFarlane megafigs until saw one in person which was the traitor guardsman from dark tide. From there I've bought the Ork nob with killsaws, with the Raven Guard Primaris being my most recent acquisition. And the quality is consistently impressive so far, the detail on the figures is on par with the 28mm scale models, and for the price, the paint job is fine especially when it comes to the face where the seem to gave the most attention. Model articulation is excellent and figures can be set up in a variety of poses from kneeling and shooting to charing into combat. Paint jobs are basic but neat and can be improve with a bit of paint and some patience 😁 weapons can be a little tricky to get into their hands and a little force is required. Over all I think they're great and enjoy decorating my hobby room with them. I will definitely be buying more.

Fantastic figure
This is a fantastic figure I have taken the figure apart to clean up the mold lines and get it ready for primer before it as a nice paint job warhammer have done a great job on this figure also the detail is really nice. well recommend definitely well worth the money spent. buy one you won't be disappointed.

Limited articulation
Nice enough, good though very simple paint job, moulding fine and weight good. The problem is the articulation is poor, virtually none in ankle joint and no toe articulation, balance is average too. Rest of joints ok, though extra hands would have been helpful. Worth keeping but I won't be buying anymore as far too limited posing options for me. Hands and sword needed some heat to correct. Robust enough for child to use.

Perfect gift for WH fans and for kids
I love painting the WH franchise, but I grew particularly frustrated with polishing smaller fiddly models and losing details to my big fingers and duster. This model proved as an amazing compromise, allowing me to avoid this and eye strain. The model is of great build and you can manoeuvre it into a variety of poses. The Etsy shop has many resin printed options if you're not happy with the base model. The model's plastic is substantial and could withstand being thrown about / heavy falls. Joints are very secure. Easy to seperate for painting (See youtube tear down videos inc. hot water) It's not a true Dark Angel, but I'm happy with my first experiment at larger figurines 😁 Very happy!

For the Emperor
Really love these models and honestly can’t stop buying more. These are fine to disassemble as they pull apart at the joints for undercoating. Putting them back together again can be a bit tricky though as the joints are tight, but that’s a good thing as it makes them solid and well built. I truly enjoy painting these at the bigger size and it gives me enormous pleasure to see the completed results. My wife thinks I’ve gone nuts buying articulated action figures, but I don’t care as these are too good, and look terrific around my painting desk.

I love my McFarlane 40k figs their solid, just articulated enough given their size and bulk. The only complaint is the new releases are remolds, retools, repaints for way more than what they first cost and no its not to do with tariffs or inflation. Just McFarlane randomly raising prices yet again.

McFarlane Warhammer 40K Dark Angel Intercessor (AP Variant). This figure is exactly what I had hoped for and expected. It is well built, detailed and poseable considering the bulk of the figure. The material it is built out of has a bit of flexibility which helps while posing the figure. A worthy addition to your collection.
