Very good. Must have item for my spinal disk pain now (in combination with collagen supplementation). I take these morning and evening (one capsule twice a day). I noticed a marked improvement in lower back pain from disk degeneration within a fortnight of starting these and the collagen (5-20g a day, I, II, III, V & X).

Skin has improved. I think its helped the texture.

As a regular hyaluronic acid user, I use this as a supplement when my diet is off track, as I have hypermobility and my joints get weak and hyaluronic acid helps with restoring and maintaining connective tissue. This one is great! Since the rise in people using it as a beauty supplement, I've noticed a sharp rise in price for high dosage products so this product is a good price, fast delivery and the added bonus of additional detoxifying ingredients such as blueberry and sea kelp. Will be ordering again!

I’ve completed my second bottle and planning to purchase a third. I’m 40yo with a face of a 50yo. since taking these supplements, as well as Biotin and Vitamin A, I have noticed a significant difference in my skin elasticity- I wrinkle like an asdas bag when I laugh, but the lines near disappeared when I’m straight-faced! I looks aesthetically better in pictures, the teenage spots have disappeared, my skin feels softer and my knees don’t sound as much like crisp packets when I’m walking up and down stairs! I was taking biotin and Vit A for several weeks before, with little efficacy , but combined with Hyaluronic oral tablets, it’s been fab for me! It’s not a wonder-cure, but it’s a great start! And it’s affordable!

This product comes in an easily swallowable pill and amazing additional supplements such as sea kelp, blueberry, and açai berry. My skin feels very soft and my joints much better!
