Health Psychology: A Biopsychosocial Approach

this book is such an overinflated price. i felt like this was a joke to actual psychology in my opinion, it is common knowledge wrapped in a 70dollar hardcover. also, interesting that the word 'retard/ed' is still used in this book. outdated and bad taste of words. how hard is it to say stunted or slow, instead of retarded. id recommend dropping any class that required this book. did not learn anything except how much of a bore and a joke this topic was.

Came on time and everything. The textbook is very informative and talks about topics that I've never really thought of. It addressed coping mechanisms to deal with stress, and various causes of many of the common chronic illnesses present today. You will learn a lot from this book.

Excellent book and used it in my bachelor in Psychology, and I am pretty sure that I will used it as a reference in my graduate school. Good information and easy to read.
