I bought these as I can’t take the vinegar at all, these tablets are small and easy to swallow with my evening meal meaning I have little or no desire for a sweet treat after. It’s early days but I feel less bloated and no cravings. For the quantity and quality I recommend this product and will definitely purchase again. If you have difficulty with large capsules I recommend these as they are small and easily swallowed.

No more struggling with water and Apple Cider Vinegar. It works well for me, no belching or acid reflux, follow instructions. Using it to help with my gut health.

Capsules are rather big, and a dose of 3 a day can be rather off putting. The shape and smoothness of the capsules do make them easy to swallow if your good with taking tablets. However upon opening the tub the smell of vinager is overpowering, I initially brought this as an alternative to the ACV gummies as I didn't like the taste, however these do unfortunately still have the same vinager taste which is a shame. Have also found that it can also repeat on you hours later especially if you suffer heartburn or indigestion. You do however get 60 days worth, so are good value for money if you can tolerate the vinegar smell/ taste
