These are good supplements. I didn't have any negative effects from them and they are a good price.

I have tried other brands of pills to help boost my omega intake to help with cholesterol numbers and other benefits like eye health. With some it was a drag taking three pills and with others I could not take the full dose because of stomach upset. This is a winner for me. I got improved cholesterol numbers the last time I had blood work done from one pill per day and no stomach issues. If your stomach is sensitive to these pills like mine be sure and get the enteric coated. NOW has other types with a better price but they use a different coating and I don't think they are enteric coated.

I’ve only taken these capsules two days so far, therefore I cannot attest to their longterm efficacy, otherwise I would have given five stars. I was pleasantly surprised that I experienced only one tiny fishy burp approximately 30 mins after taking the supplement. I’m guessing the enteric coating did it’s job. The fishy taste was almost non-existent and only apparent during that one burp. Now Foods is a very reputable brand with high quality supplements at an affordable price point. Omega 3’s are recommended for the healthy functioning of mitochondria (your cells powerhouse). Healthy mitochondria are key for delayed aging and higher energy levels…so off to take another capsule I go! The one caveat is these capsules are not for rookies who don’t like swallowing relatively large pills. Not a problem for me, but I thought it was worth noting for those who prefer taking small capsules only. Definitely worth the price tho. So glad I purchased…Will purchase again, unless I grow and extra finger or something weird after finishing the bottle. Lol! 😂

Was very nervous to try fish oil, having heard of the "fishy burps," as I am very sensitive to fish smells and tastes. But I needn't have worried!! These fish oil softgels have no fishy taste or odor. The enteric coating makes them very easy to swallow (which is good because they are quite large). I have been taking these softgels daily for a few weeks now and I have had no stomach upset or "fishy burps." Would definitely recommend to friends, and I plan to buy this again!

I love this product, mainly because of its high potency. For me, NOW is a trusted, high quality brand. It is a little pricey but that is mainly because you get so much more EFAs per capsule.

Got these because I didn’t want to take two capsules so I could take one instead of two. I use these to manage mental health since omega oil high EPA and DHA shows promise in studies for mental health especially mood issues
