Ice Packs for injuries reusable
Ice packs for injuries reusable is an effective product. The packs are easy to use as is the accompanying belt holder. Extremely well priced. Very easy to use and of a high quality. Hot and cold retention is also effective

Perfect set
Excellent value, good quality, reusable ice packs. Have been a god send for sporting injuries with children. They hold their coldness for a LONG time. They can be heated up but have never tried this. The ice packs are comfortable on skin, have never leaked and outer material is strong.

Nice and cold, very effective
They Work well and I found them very suitable for putting on my leg to help pain relief in my calf from running. They are quite flexible wrap around the area nicely. There are two cold packs but only one elasticated sleeve to put on, so you can only use one at a time but that's all I needed. Then you can swap the cold packs, wear one and have one in the freezer. But if you have two injuries you can't put the two packs on at the same time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Quality and Very Effective!
Really impressed with these gel packs — they’re well made, flexible, and work perfectly for both hot and cold use. I’ve used them for joint pain, sore muscles, and minor injuries, and they always give quick relief. They stay cold for a good amount of time, and when heated, they hold warmth nicely without leaking or feeling too hot. The 3-piece set is really handy for having one in use, one in the freezer, and one spare. Excellent value for money and much better quality than I expected for the price. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable hot/cold therapy at home! ❄️🔥

Works brilliantly for me
Not the most expensive but they work for me. They are mailable so can be put where needed. I love the fact that they can be heated as well as ice packs. Great product

Gets cold but not the best quality
It's fine and comfortable around the body. The gel pack seems to get down to a nice temperature, good for helping with swelling but it only stays cold for two hours max...your milage may very depending on where you're using it. The quality of the material isn't the best, I've had it for a couple of days and there is fraying already.

Good quality well designed product & good value for money.
Good quality well designed product and good value for money. The elasticated strap is much wider and longer than on other products I have had in the past, which means you can apply a more even pressure across the whole contact area.

Seem quite good. Instructions could be more detailedf.
I purchased these due to an attack of Sciatica. My sympathy if you have the same issue! I like the size of the pouches; about 220mm x 120mm. I was able to put one where needed (!) by way of slding it down the back of my underpants against my right buttock. (I would have posted pictures and video but the postlady said she wouldn't be able to cope with all the fanmail and offers of marriage.) Having the two icepacks was useful as one can be "on charge" whilst using the other. (I was advised 10 minutes on/10 minutes off by my physio, if that helps). I am quite slim and "fit", but the velcro strap (for attaching the cloth pouch when needed; e.g. if it can't be held in place by one's underpants!) is a generous size, and should be long enough for the fuller figure. Or for somebody of my build using it on a larger section of the body than a buttock. The strap is sewn to the pouch at one end already, making it easy to position the pouch against the area required; you can then extend the strap and wrap it around as needed before velcro-ing it back on. Good! The strap is about 75mm wide, like a cummerbund, which is also good, as a narrow "belt" like strap might cut into the body. Honest Steve's Helpful HInt Of The day! The icepack, when frozen, becomes less flexible. It occurs to me that if you had to wrap it around a calf or other narrow limb, it might be a good idea to freeze it IN a curved shape, by wrapping it around a tin of beans or somesuch, so that it embraced the body better. Thank you thank you; please give generously. On the negative side?? Hmm. Being picky, but the velcro strip that closes the mouth of the soft pouch is a bit narrow. I suppose it would still be a long time before it didnt "catch" any more. One could always stitch a new velcro strip over it if it ever wore out. O.K....Don't LIkes! The instructions. 1: The heating times given are for a 600w microwave, with the caveat "adjust temperature according to the power of your microwave". To give the correct times for 700, 800, and 900 watt would have been nice. (maybe one can google a "chart" for adjusting?) 2: It also tells you to "Check That The Correct Temperature Has Been Reached before using". Er..how?? Well...freezing is freezing, no problem. But if using it Hot....there is no mention of what the "Correct Temperature" should be!! 20 degrees C? 2000 degrees C? and of course how could you test it anyway, without a built in thermometer display on the bag. I suppose the tolerable temperature might vary from individual to individual, and most people with common sense will do a "test run". oh! I have just noticed, on the maybe 30th time of replacing a bag in the pouch, the velcro fastener has grabbed some of the inner lining/ netting, and has unravelled it a bit. POSSIBLY too the edges of the cold pack then get snagged on these threads, and as you take the cold pack out it unravels the netting more. I have for now snipped them off, but NOt sure if that has repercussions over time. It could be made better inside basically. I don't know why it is cheap netting in there, an dnot a seamless piece of cotton that wouldn't get snagged. O.K. I wish you well with your affliction! The 4 stars instead of 5 is based on the vague instricutions, and now also slight concern as to the netting inside the pouch. Have a splendid day!
