Why have these doubled in price

It’s back down to $10.99 (writing this on September 21st 2022). I buy a few varieties of these big bags of kisses somewhat often (NEVER when they’re more than $11 or so, though), sometimes they’re as low as $8, and sometimes they’re stupid expensive bc of the greedy 3rd party sellers that price gouge anything/everything. If I were you, I’d just check every few days or so, bc like with most other products on Amazon, the price fluctuates often. It’s always absurd to me when the price for something not only double on here, but some products prices quadruple — or more than quadruple! I can’t see anyone buying these things when the prices increase THAT much! Of course, now inflation is going to be used as an excuse for everything from these GREEDY, SHADY SELLERS whenever they increase their prices (as there’s *always* an excuse of some kind 🙄)… I especially love when those same shady sellers actually have the nerve to respond to customer questions by saying ridiculous things like “The price is so high bc you must take into consideration that we have to pay for tape, labels, ink, etc to get your products to you”.🤦🏻♀️ TAPE & INK.😭 (When I see a seller write something like that, I then put them on my “NEVER BUY FROM” list, just as everyone else should! 💁🏻♀️).

What's the expiry date from the date of manufacture?

Why doesn't amazon filter out and delete all expiration date questions? Idiotic.

The package I received (which I ordered on: 08/31/2015 ) had a best buy date of 01/2016. The candies arrived in perfect condition (packaged with insulation and ice packs!) and were fresh and tasted great!
