I have gastroparesis and sometimes my butt gets raw. Once this happens regular TP (even TP with clean water) or wet wipes are impossible to use on the raw skin. These wipes are soothing and help clean the area. I follow up their use with Preparation H Lidocaine Cream (it’s expensive but a little goes a long way). That way my butt is clean and comfortable and heals quickly. Before doing this regimen it would take several days for the rawness to disappear. Now it’s almost gone in less than 24 hours (with using just a couple of times a day).

These work great and are very convenient. I wish I had a bidet, but I don't, so this is just as good. I just can't dry wipe anymore so wipes are a must. They don't burn or anything, and they have a pleasant smell from the witch hazel. However I have a problem getting the wipes out without tearing them. I can't find and separate to pull out the next wipe easily enough. It should be like a box of tissues but it just doesn't pull out the next wipe. The price on here is pretty good too. The grocery store charges up to $3 more for this brand.
