Plumb Pak PP28003 Snap Fitting Dual Thread Faucet Adapter

Oh my gosh. I KNOW this is JUST an adapter for my faucet to hook to my dishwasher. I had been using one from the local hardware store. While it did fit my sink the water flow was awful. It was also incredibly difficult EVERY time I would hook my Kenmore dishwasher to the sink. I mean a real struggle. I would have to force it on EVERY time. I hated doing the dishes because of this. This arrived today. It was very easy to install. I was also pleasantly surprised that it was now EASY to hook the hose to the sink. I'm a VERY happy customer. If you have a Kenmore trust me this WILL make your life easier and my water flow is much better. Its sturdy and works. Just do yourself a favor and buy it already. I only wish I had not waited so long. Who would have thought such a tiny little adapter would make my life easier?

I bought this to attach an old GE Postscrubber 800 to my kitchen sink, which has the extendable spray wand (and as such isn't compatible with much of anything that's supposed to attach to a kitchen faucet). There is one important thing to know with some of these spray wands, though, in that apparently the little plastic insert does interfere ever-so-slightly with anything you screw into the aerator space. By slightly, I mean that this adapter ended up being just a hair short for what I needed... like MAYBE 1/16 of an inch. It fit perfectly on the faucet, and perfectly on the unicouple for the dishwasher. I'm not marking the adapter down for this because it's actually the faucet's fault, and it required only an addition purchase of a male 3/4" to male 55/64" adapter. This second adapter is readily available and cost about $4 at the hardware store (to attach to the female 55/64" on the faucet). I see where other reviewers using this adapter with a GE unicouple have had a lot of issues with leaks, and actually watched some videos on how to hook this thing up where people were saying "expect leaks with this, because it's going to happen." With the additional little adapter to add just a bit of length, I have NO leaking. It fits perfectly and is doing precisely what it ought to be doing.

The aerator to connect my Maytag JetClean II portable started leaking. After looking at it a bit I saw that the washer was rotting away. Unfortunately these aerators are an oddball size and replacement washers are impossible to find outside of buying another aerator. Tried this one as a low cost alternative to getting a new one from Whirlpool for 4x more. Happily surprised that it worked, but it did. Good seal, no leaks. Connector snapped right on. About the only problem I have had with this is that it uses a plastic sheet with holes in it rather than a steel mesh for the actual aerating part of it's job. THe holes are separated enough that at low pressure water comes out of the tap in separate streams. IT doesn't look great, but not functionally a problem.

Awesome product to replace the original adapter! The official part was so expensive and I couldn't find the right thing at HD or Lowes. This works perfectly and maybe even a little better that the original part!!!

Recommended. I paid nearly $30 for the official Maytag/Kenmore whatever part, which really was crap. Nothing but a simple screen as an "aerator", so the water coming out of the faucet sprayed stupidly. This one, though, has an actual aerator inside and works much better, and is cheaper. Not the greatest at low pressure, but since I need to use my "portable" dishwasher, I like it.

I seriously went to Menards and purchased 4 different faucett adapters. Only one worked but it leaked and made a horrible high pitched noise when the water turned on. I ended up returning all of them and went to home depot instead. I purchased 2 there. They didn't fit so I had to return those. Went to Aco/Ace hardware and purchase 2. They didn't fit either and I had to take them back. I wasn't going to purchase this because with somethings you really just need to see them before you buy - and I thought this was the case. Nope! I bought this and it was the perfect fit! I should have just bought this in the first place. I have an older portable dish washer and this world great. No weird sounds from the faucet when the water is turned on and no leaks! I love this!

I purchased this for my new GE portable dishwasher. It works to perfection. No leaks when connected to the dishwasher and the aerator works great. This product is superior to the connection that GE included with the dishwasher. The GE factory connection did not aerate, the water flow was unrestricted (wasting water) and the water splashed wherever it chose to flow. This Aerator made me feel much better about my purchase of the new dishwasher. If GE is reading this, dump your overpriced factory connection and send this one with your dishwasher! I understand the GE dishwashers are also branded with Kenmore/Sears. If you're looking for an aerator that will work for it. This is the one. I purchased a Danco Aerator connector before trying this one. The GE connection leaked with the Danco (not Danco's fault). Thank you to the reviewer who had a Kenmore and said this one worked!

I was worried I wouldn't easily be able to find a new adapter for my old dishwasher, but this was just the larger size I needed & delivery was fast, I only had to hand wash for 2 days! Works great & it was an easy shopping experience.

Bought this when I forgot to remove the original when I replaced my sink. This is a perfect tight fit for a snap-ring type of connection. Definitely order this and don't get the house brand from Home-Depot (it's not a snug fit and leaks a bit).

I use this for my GE portable dishwasher, overall happy with it but theres faucet noise has not reduced as claimed in the description

I have a Whirlpool Portable Dishwasher ,, have not used it for years , I am selling the Dishwasher with my Condo bought the Adapter and it works perfectly

I was concerned this piece would be wrong for my whirlpool portable dishwasher. Thankfully it is perfect and I can now use my new dishwasher to make daily cleanup a breeze!
