Real, live hornwort. Arrived early via UPS. I got 3 bundles to be safe as my fish like to eat them. Arrived vaccuum sealed with a little water , plants seem in good health, green with nice buds on the outer ends and rhizomes (similar to roots) well formed on the bottoms. Each bundle is held together with a rubber band on the bottom portion. Will buy again when resupply is needed.

The media could not be loaded. I opened the package, took the photo before and after as requested. I didn't rinse them because it stated to just float them at the top of my aquarium close to the light. Big mistake! They literally disintegrated in the water. I'm trying to filter it out the best I can without distressing my fish but it's not going very well.And as for the plants 70% of the stuff has fallen off, I don't think they'll come back from this. I can't chance putting them back into my aquarium with them shedding like this either because it will suffocate the fish, assuming they survive the first onslaughtI can't believe I wasted money on this mess!

Most plants you buy online are small and not worth the money. These on the other hand are nice and large, about 10 inches and bushy. I was pleasantly surprised.

These aquatic plants were good quality. I use them for my IV biology experiment and they lived much longer than I thought they would. However, they did have one or two snails on them that procreated.

Ordered for my 55 gal turtle tank. Received 3 little tiny sprigs...not worth what i paid. Most of it was shedded needles off the plant...brown and dead. The 3 sprigs i was able to salvage is green. Before i put these in my tank i put them in a large glass jar and sat in window with fresh water so maybe it would perk up. Water went rancid after 2 days and i had to dump it. Rinsed the 3 measley sprigs and put them in my tank thinking that would be better. We shall see. Definitely NOT HAPPY with this purchase. For what i paid i should have received a lot more than what i got and in a lot better condition.

I recieved my plants a week from when it was reported to have been shipped. Why can non living, inert, non perishable items arrive overnight; but living, perishable plants are shipped snail mail? So 90% of the plants are brown and when put in my fish tank, all the leaves fall off and float in the tank to be cleaned out. However, according to the instructions, they can still be alive so I am to wait a few days to see them turn green. It has been 3 days and I am still waiting. The only redeeming factor is that the sprig that is green should grow to produce more fairly rapidly, so it is not a total loss. Time will tell.
