Charger not working.
The laptop is working fine, the only problem was with the charger, I asked for a replacement of charger but they said they can't do it. hence returning the laptop.

Great product in the price range
Have been using this product for around 6 months now. Pros: 1. Good performance, hardly felt any lags for normal office usage 2. Quick boot time 3. Good display and sound Cons: 1. Poor keyboard backlight

Worst laptop
It's the worst laptop I have ever used I purchased this laptop 2.5 years back. From beginning 6 months it's started to show various issues with battery screen and keyboard firstly my screen started freezing I got it repaired then some internal parts got damaged that I got repaired now the keyboard is damaged keys are not working. Every year there is the maintenance cost of atleast 3 to 4k. I am not a person that write a review however this time I am writing so you guys can imagine my frustration therefore if anybody is buying this please think about it.

somewhat noisy
overall product is good, little bit noisy some time ,I want to have 180 degree or 360 degree foldable laptop but this feature is not included in this product battery life is good for me maybe cuz I'm not performing heavy task.

If you are thinking for a good apped performance laptop then please go with Apple , after purchasing this I feel the performance is too slow and poor , and again I purchased a Apple MacBook. Hence 3 star ⭐
