If you live in a warm climate, the candy bars will arrive melted. They put gel packs in there and the box is lined with styrofoam, but they are sometimes shipped in a truck that has no air conditioning. Mine were out for delivery for ten hours on a 100+ degree day. Not only did the cool packs not keep the box cool, the candy bars are warm to the touch. So all the packaging does is add cost to the item and screw up the environment.
