Perfect Compression Without Discomfort
The compression of these socks are perfect. They are very comfortable to wear and are not tight at the knee. The compression is in the calf area which is where I needed it. They fit nice around the ankle as well. The colors are fun too. The only negative is the stitching threads inside of the sock on the pattern is very shaggy. You have to be careful if wearing rings while putting them on. Otherwise, nice quality and great buy for the several pairs!

Chronically Ill Baddies MUST HAVE, not too tight but but great support and long daily wear!
These compression socks are a needed item for chronically ill or active, working, long standing adults or someone who is striving to be both! I want to point out early since many of us skim reviews, that these are not too tight, I know often you get compression socks just to find after only an hour or two you wanting nothing more then to peel them off as fast as possible, instead these offer a good amount of support, comfort & help with circulation without that strangling feeling. To be honest these socks are phenomenal, I wear them all day, every day from the moment I wake up to the moment I get in bed. I am usually shoeless, I only wear shoes, maybe 10% of the time but rarely barefoot. On average, I wear these socks for around 10-18 hours, only removing for naps/bedtime. They are worn both on hardwood & carpet so it gets alot of friction & they hold up great. The last time I bought a pack of these was Oct 2024, I am finally back to put in another order!!! These were of phenomenal quality the last time I purchased them and I hope the next ones will be too, (I should have bought a couple packs last time just because then I could have more in rotation) As someone with several chronic illnesses, with many pain issues along side constant blood pooling in my feet, poor circulation and issues like POTs I can honestly say, I love these socks. They help give me energy, they help with the pain both skin pain because my skin is very sensitive and light touch can be unbearable so the knee high coverage helps cover a good area.As well as deep muscle pain being reduced with the compression. It keeps the blood moving which is very important for someone with POTs. I would recommend the solid color ones if you have issues like me, I find the ones with the stitched in/loomed in designs leave indentations on my leg and although they still work great they are quite painful and itch like crazy in the area they are pressing on especially when I take them off, I also find those ones shrink just a tad smaller then the solid color ones. Plus a couple packs od the same solid color makes finding a matching pair a breeze & makes sure you can always find a pair no matter where in your laundry cycle they are since you just need to find two socks since they are all the same.

She loves them.
Got this for my wife to wear. She wears a 7.5 shoe so g ot her medium socks. They fit perfectly and she loves wearing them. She said they work great and can go all day and part of the night. They keep the swelling down as she's on her feet alot. Great socks and great price.

Knee high truly knee high for long legs.
At first I had trouble putting them on but that was more my fault I don’t know why but I put them only half on and put them away. I put them on again in January and I had no trouble getting them on and it was perfect amount of compression for me as I had bombas compression Sox and they did not fit well and the knee length wasn’t high enough so left marks. These Sox are perfect height no marks after wearing all day and no swelling they stay up and are very comfortable. If I could say one negative thing I wish there was more padding in the foot area . Good quality and I’ve been wearing for a month washed them and they retain the support. I am 5’9” with long legs and this length is perfect for me but knee length might be too long for average height. I love these Quality is good and I will buy more for sure.

Great Value Compression Socks for Frequent Flyers
As a pilot, I spend long hours sitting in the cockpit and dealing with constant changes in pressure, so good compression socks are a must for me. I’ve been using the Charmking Compression Socks on flights—especially long-haul legs—and they’ve made a noticeable difference in reducing leg fatigue and swelling by the end of the day. The compression feels supportive without being restrictive, and they’re comfortable enough to wear from preflight all the way through post-landing. The fabric is breathable, doesn’t overheat, and still feels good even after wearing them for an entire duty day. Having 8 pairs means I always have a clean set ready between trips. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is clearer sizing guidance for those with larger calves, as they can feel a bit snug when first putting them on. Once on, though, they stay in place perfectly and don’t slide down during long flights or airport walks. Overall, these are excellent compression socks at a great value, and I’d highly recommend them to pilots, frequent flyers, and anyone who spends long hours seated or on their feet.

Wow
Ok, these are the answer to my compression sock dreams. I purchased similar compression socks 4 years ago and they are just now falling apart. I went to buy from them again but they are no longer available—bummer—and I had to start over finding new ones I would love—double bummer. Oddly enough, a bunch of us nurses were comparing our preference of different compression socks and sleeves at work the other night. Young whipper snappers on up to the nurses who remember paper charting. In summary of that convo, here’s why these compression socks are perfect: *Gradient compression: Many mentioned they don’t like how to top of compression socks dig in at or below their knee. With the gradient compression, the most compression is around the ankle and it gradually compresses less up your calf with the least amount of pressure by the knee. Even after wearing these for far too long (typically 14hours a shift), while providing needed compression, they do not cut into me at my max swelling. I’m short but also wide so I wear the L/XL, which means I roll over the top of the sock to stay below my knee. Even with that, while they provide compression, they do not dig in and I don’t mushroom out the top. *Compression starting approximately at ankle: Many mentioned they don’t like their foot squeezed or wearing a tight sock generally associated with compression socks. It’s uncomfortable. The product, with the compression starting at about the level of the ankle, has a normal-ish sock fit at the foot. While I am wearing the socks that fit my calf and not my shoe size, I do have to say the foot part is not so big that it twists and turns during wear. I hate when the seam fights with the little toe! The foot part of these also give me that beloved new sock feeling, which I do not recall with the other brand (bonus!!). Also, I end up with cankles at my max swelling so I actually need compression at the level of my ankle vs just above, like with the sleeve. *Smooth inside: Look, I know what you’re thinking—they’re boring black, they’re not fun and don’t have designs. But listen Linda, some of the socks with the fun designs have strings on the inside that dig in. I do have 2 pairs of those—the fun ones—and while pretty, I don’t wear them because the strings are irritating and noticeable. One of those with different color piping really dig into my feet with the sock compression on top of the pressure from my shoes. I typically notice the socks and they become irritating sometime during my shift, which is not the time I want to be worrying about my feet. Either pair, I take them off and have all sort of indents on my legs or feet where the strings dig in (which are so itchy too). This product has a copper over parts of the foot but I do not feel or notice extra indents related to them…it’s a smooth transition between the black and copper. It does have the typical foot seem by the toes though. *Breathable: Of course, no one wants a hot feet. I cannot say there’s ever been a time I’ve felt too hot as compared to wearing regular, cotton socks. I am so glad I took a chance and purchased these compression socks. They provide good compression while not squeezing the ever-loving daylights out of my legs and get me so hot or dig in that I feel the need to rip them off mid-shift and sub with those puke colored patient no-slippy socks. I’d say that’s a win!

Great and affordable compression socks!
These compression socks are absolutely amazing! The material is compressing, but also very comfortable because of the stretch (and I have really thick calves). These socks are relatively thin and because of that I needed to wear an extra pair of regular socks over them when wearing my tennis shoes. I used these socks every day of my 12 day trip to Spain and experienced no swelling in my legs or major leg pain. These socks feel extremely supportive and are true to size. I will never travel without compression socks again! I would highly recommend these!

Not the best for petite
I was going back and fourth between 15-20 and the next level before buying. You can definitely have too much compression & it cause the opposite body affect countering the whole goal of using any type of compression garment/ socks. I will need to get the next level up because even with the S/M size it feels very close to an ordinary sock. That’s why I do want to clarify I have small legs so this level of compression & size might be great for someone who has more muscular calves or just overall a little bigger. To help out more I am around 110 lbs for reference. As far as durability.. not horrible, but I’ve felt better. The thing I dislike most is the fabric around the feet feel very thin to the point it could be more prone to holes faster. Because these are not a true fit, I cannot say if they are effective in reducing swelling. They are slick so be careful on certain floors. The best part of these socks offer the most support just below the knee with the tighter feel.
