Having purchased the standard Panda memory foam pillow, which I rate as 5 *, i decided to buy the hybrid one also. As soon as i opened the item, I found it too firm and too high for my use, so returned via amazon. Unfortunately I still have not received my refund for this item !

I made the switch over to memory foam nearly 2 years ago now, and selected the Panda pillow as my first foray into this world. It's a great pillow! It's a bit smaller than your average size pillow, though, and the case can get a bit warm, so I typically put another case over top of it. This new hybrid pillow is a fantastic upgrade in quality, the case itself, and size. It's now a standard size, the case is extremely soft and comfortable but allows for airflow, and is easy to wash (albeit a tad harder to dry in a combo washer/dryer, so be prepared to dry on your rad or on a rack for some time!). I love love love this pillow and would highly recommend to anyone looking for either an upgrade OR their first ever memory foam-based pillow. Panda is a great brand and I'd buy just about anything from them.

This is my very own experience with the pillow. It is made of a great quality; the best pillow quality I’ve ever experienced in a memory foam pillow. But it was too firm for me to sleep on. I am a side sleeper and got quite wide shoulders, so this should have been a great option for me but unfortunately it was too firm. I think bit more softness would have made this pillow a game changer but sadly it did not happen. If you are a side sleeper and like a firmer pillow, believe me no other pillow in the market will come even close to panda. But if you are a side sleeper who normally uses Two soft flat pillows to benefit for the height and softness and the same time, then this is not for you. After all it is worth trying.

So far very comfy and reducing waking up with neck pain

Ordered the 70x40 Hybrid, got the 60x40 original (half the price) - go careful and maybe order from Panda, that's what I'm going to do - I've started return & wasn't going to review, but remembered reading other reviews saying item was small - that's because it's a different pillow! - even the box is not the one pictured. Item delivered by Amazon, but has to be sent back via EVRI (no other choice and have had bad experience before with them), I have to take a day off work tomorrow (and probably the next day) for them to pick up something I didn't order. I'm a big fan of Panda and have bought 3 toppers from them previously (for us, for my daughter and for mum), worth every penny - I don't doubt the hybrid pillow will live up to expectations, in fact any toddler would probably be delighted with the one I was sent, but it's not the one I ordered and is half the retail price. **Update** 3 days (lost work/earnings) waiting in for EVRI, that still haven't come - 2 Amazon customer service chats assuring me that it will be picked up next day - useless EVRI chat telling me my parcel has been held up at the depot!! REALLY - they're picking up from me !! Amazon say it's escalated and offered me a £5 gift voucher !!! Meanwhile ordered real one yesterday (that I've been saving up for) direct from Panda and it arrived today by DPD - I might end up reviewing the ACTUAL pillow !! This isn't like my normal reviews which try to be helpful - sorry but fuming ! **Update 26/10** so now after over a week...I've still got this !! 9 messages from different folk on EVRI - mainly generic "Sorry your parcel is at the depot" err what can I say!! - yesterday I got one saying I could drop my parcel off at a nearby collection point - reason I chose not to in first place is that it's in a massive box, I don't have transport and so that's hard - but I'm gonna do it - don't order this if you want the hybrid (you'll get a £45 cot pillow and spend 2 weeks trying to return) On the pillow side the hybrid I ordered from Panda us a good pillow - it's quite hard and at first I thought I wasn't going to get on with it, but there's a 30 day "try it" period - after a few restless nights it has settled in and I'm loving it. It stays cool (not constantly turning to the cool side) - I'm a restless sleeper, but my sleep lengths are getting much better - just don't buy this one (different pillow - easy to spot as this is 60x40, real one 70x40 and the boxes are different) or use EVRI delivery or pickup X

A mi me va muy bien, mejor que las de formas "raras" que habia probado antes, tengo problemas cervicales y por la mañana no noto el cuello superagarrotado como antes, eso es mucho, otro punto a favor, es fresca, no engañan. El precio es un poco elevado pero no me arrepiento de la compra, Buena inversion.
