I wasn't sure about the design of this thong -- it takes a little getting used to for me as I generally prefer solid colours (or the occasional pattern print) and smooth, clean lines -- but because MuscleMate cycles a discount through most of their products, I was able to score this one in red with black trim for $4.99 versus the usual $8.99, as part of a larger order of these things. My advice with their products is to always put your size and preferred colour in the cart, then wait for the discount to circle around to it. Considering the tiny sizes of these things, and their actual production costs in China, the sale prices are more reasonable and I'm sure the distributor still makes a tidy profit. I ordered this paid in a size Medium, in red + black, and it was a perfectly tight fit based on my stats above, with just enough room up front and disappearing cleanly in the back. I prefer this kind of underwear to be as tiny and tight as possible. I often size down from what desertcart usually recommends, so I'm tempted to go even smaller on a future order of a different colour (and NOT because of my package size! LOL). I was concerned about the pouch being too small on this style, but that turned out to be a simple visual miscue because of the two horizontal black 'bars' just above your package when you wear it. Turns out the pouch is just fine, and even accommodates a reasonable amount of 'growth', so to speak, though full strength would probably pull it away from your body, but at that point it shouldn't matter anyway. :) Review: super good fit - just right n tight

Durible and cozy.
I can barely feel it on my bits with how soft the material is. Definitely good for those who don't like underwear, but need something to guard between the pants and the package so that you don't get any friction burn. I always but more when I need more underwear. Not to mention they are nice and sexy too.

A little different to get used to.
These are nice thongs, but there’s definitely some getting used to… The pouch keeps things very “compact” which is great for when I’m at work with an active job. However, it doesn’t allow for much change in formation. Overall I like them, might try a larger size. I ordered size Large, I’m 6’ 170lbs 31” waist.

Very comfortable
Very comfortable, breathable and you hardly notice wearing them. Might hang a bit low in the waistline up front but holds everything in place. would recommend, I bought one pair and immediately bought another after trying them on.

Seems small in the testicle suspension area
5'11" 220ish lbs. No one puts their weight and height so it's hard to judge what size a person needs. Help your bretheren out boys. The ladies have this down, go look at any women's clothing with a lot of reviews. Weight, height included in their reviews! Waist seems okay. If your pushing 40inches around the waist it'll be snug. Esp that waist is more marshmallow than gram cracker. If it's all muscle it'll probably be fine.... if your block and tackle will fit in the cocknballs pouch. I'm not the world's most gifted guy, above average I guess, anyway, the edges don't rest in the edges/crease of my groin where it meets the leg because my junk is teepeeing the pouch out. I imagine under more... tense... situations you'd be very uncomfortable. Maybe order a size up? Who knows. Maybe in the winter when everything snugs in from the cold?

Looks and feels great!
I bought these in black and red. I normally wear a medium (w33) but the sizes sometimes run small. I ended up getting a large and I’m super happy with the purchase! They are soft, comfortable and look amazing when worn. I’m now getting them in every color available!
