Evalar White Cinquefoil Potentilla Endokrinol Herb 60 Caps Altai Siberia

Capsules are supposed to be made of Potentilla Alba roots, which should have a mild restorative effect on thyroid gland. However, I only took 1 capsule a day for 4 days and felt quite a strong stimulating effect immediately after the 1st capsule ( I have Hashimoto). I initially got an energy boost for the whole day, which then proceeded into bad insomnia after 3 days of taking these capsules (one per day in the morning). I am sensitive to some supplements so hopefully it’s just my individual reaction. But my advice is to start slow with no more than one capsule a day (or even half a capsule) and observe your reaction carefully to make sure you do not overstimulate your thyroid. I would not recommend this product to people with Hyperthyroidism for this reason.

It is really scary pill. Stay away! I don’t know what else is going to happen but I took only one in the morning and didn’t sleep first night, second one very little sleep and Im always sleep well. Now I have scary eyes after sleepless nights.
