Great product. Brightens & whitens!
Excellent product for the dirty "white" grout. I've used another product before, and Zep is 100% better. I have a before and after of my floors. It is a lot of work cleaning grout, as for me, I do only a section at a time.

Zep Grout Cleaner works well if you use a wire brush
So I bought the Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener. Then I was looking at a YouTube video on how to apply it and they mentioned that they were not satisfied with the results and ended up painting the lines on. I really came close to doing it as I started researching buying some grout paint. Then I changed my mind because I did that 15 years ago and was not happy with the results later. So I proceeded to apply the Zep Grout Cleaner and waited 3 1/2 minutes before scrubbing a 2X2 foot area in my bathroom. It’s not the cleanest it’s ever been, but it’s the cleanest. It’s been in five years. Seven years ago, I removed all the grout and re-grouted the floor and sealed it. The sealant didn’t even last three weeks, before the floor started looking grimy, even after I cleaned it.I was very upset. I have used the peroxide paste before on the floor and the Zep definitely worked better, but because I saw a video today, where a guy was comparing Zep and peroxide for cleaning floors, I actually think the cleaning magic comes from the ITTAR Grout Brush with Long Adjustable Handle, Swivel Scrub Brush, V-Shape Grout Line Scrubber with Stiff Bristle. I actually thought it was just a regular hard fiber bristle brush, on a mop stick and that it was just going to prevent me from bending over. It isn’t a fiber brush; it actuality it is metal bristles with an angle to get deep in the crevice of the grout. Mind you my grout is not bright white and is not perfect, but I no longer feel like I am living with “Sanford and Son”. Definitely get chemical gloves and wear a mask. I splashed some of this on my toilet seat and it ate the paint off of it. Although the stained baseboard, I wiped within seconds after scrubbing, and there was no problem with that or the stain that’s on the bath cabinet. Before applying the Zep, I sprayed Goo Gone on the floor around the toilet and rinsed the floor with water, then let it dry. So the before and after pictures you see, has the first picture with kind of a clean floor, but with zero scrubbing. Then once it dried, I took a picture and then began cleaning with the Zep.

Works Like Magic on Old, Stubborn Grout Stains!
I was honestly shocked at how well the Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener worked. My tile floors had years of built-up grime and dull, dingy grout that I could never get truly clean, no matter what I tried. One application of this cleaner and the difference was immediate. The formula starts working fast — you can literally see the grout brightening as you scrub. I used a stiff brush, let it sit for a minute or two, and the stains lifted right out. Even the older, darker areas that I thought were permanent came back to life. The 32-oz bottle is a good size too; a little goes a long way. There’s no harsh chemical smell, and it rinses off easily without leaving residue. If you’re tired of scrubbing your floors with no results, this is absolutely worth it. My grout looks almost brand new again, and I wish I had bought this sooner.

Simple review
Cut through grout dirt instantly I used it on my old grout stain in my kitchen and ripped up years of actual built up mold inside the crevices. The only thing I could say is that I wish you had a spray. I just reused standard spray from an old bottle to be able to use it for this one. It doesn’t make sense why they don’t give you spray for it because the expect you dump the liquid, from the bottle itself inside the crevices, but that’s painstaking if you have to do a big massive area. This is the reason I gave it a four out of five. But the product itself is actually way above five quality level. I just wish it came with a spray. Pretty easy to use just dump it in the middle of the crevices. Let it sit there for a couple seconds and it dissolves everything. Works perfectly and worth the money. Before using this, I was actually using bleach which was problematic in cleaning up. Definitely buying more when needed. I have a lot of large to medium kitchen and I still have the bottle left. Good enough for a secondary treatment.

Great product overall
Phew glad i bought this! Our grout has been well past needing cleaning. I like that there’s not a harsh chemical smell, i did however still wear a mask to not inhale any fumes. I found a tooth brush actually worked better than a grout brush just fyi for anyone planning to buy one. Didn’t even use mine really. Tooth brush did just the job !

Incredible results — and so easy!
I was skeptical but this just arrived and I tested it on a patch of bathroom floor with grout that probably hasn’t addressed since it was originally installed in 1966. I am floored by the result! I literally squirted it on the grout, waited 3 minutes, gave it a quick, light scrub with a brush and then wiped it up. The floor looks completely different! I’m thrilled with the result and with how easy this was to achieve! See before and after pictures.

It works!
This really works. I have white grout on my tile floors and their were getting "off" colored. I used a Q-tip to apply this from a small disposable cup. It was a little time consuming but it worked great. My grout looks new and it didn't damage my tile at all. I am very sensitive to the fumes/smell of cleaners and this one was not bothersome at all. I did turn the bathroom fan on (just in case) but I was happy that it didn't give me a headache. The only reason I took off a star is that If they could make two changes it would be amazing. 1) make it thicker and 2) add a narrow spout or brush o it can be applied directly (without using a Q-Tip)
