Helps my sleep and memory

This was recommended to me by my chiropractor when I was explaining to him my severe brain fog/mommy brain. Apparently I was extremely low in iron on top of needing this. Once I added this in along with the iron… I felt amazing. Anytime I start to feel a hint of brain fog/losing my words/mommy brain I would take these for a week straight and feel much better.

It really has helped with my cognitivity and brain fog. I love that standard process products are natural food and not chemicals.

Just so you will know, this review is not fake. I was not paid to give this review. I started giving this product along with Glycine to my husband in May 2018. He has been diagnosed with sleep apnea, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, and high cholesterol. He has had difficulty sleeping for quite a number of years. His doctor had always told him he was not getting enough DEEP sleep. He began taking this in May. His total cholesterol went from 257 to 218; triglycerides went from 218 to 119; and his testosterone serum levels went from 315 to 378. While the numbers may not be where we want them, they have certainly improved. Still working on the blood pressure. Will post again after next set of blood work.
