These solar moon lights are fantastic and durable! I purchased one two years ago when I first bought my house. I foolishly left the light out all winter (where it got tossed around in a season of hurricanes, leaf blowing, and ice storms). When the time came to re-open my pool, I didnt expect the light to clean up and continue to work, but it did! As a designer who is admittedly obsessed with lighting, I found the solar moon light not only looked great in the pool, but suspended as part of my overall lighting design. A few weeks ago, I ordered four additional solar moons. When they arrived, I realized one of the four lights was not working. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a new light. I was so pleased with their communication and responsiveness. Great item!!!

I think these look so beautiful in my pool at night and are the best product idea for outdoor decoration in the water! I had a great experience last year with them. I packed them up for the winter, but I advise that you make sure after you deflate, you hold the power button down a few seconds to shut the solar power charger down. 2 balls did not work this year, and the owner was terrific in replacing them and helping me via text. I have learned that many of the initial issues starting up are that it needs to be powered on to charge. The instructions say to blow it up first, but my advice is to press and hold the button on the moon for a few seconds, release it, then blow it up and let it stand in the sun for the day. After it's charged, you can adjust the kind of lighting you want by pressing the button quickly at night, so you can see what you are doing. If you live in a seasonal climate where you pack away for the winter, you can expect two seasons out of it. Worth it to me.

I’ve had these for a little over one year. They were fun and worked well for about 6 months, after that they started discoloring due to sun and water and stains and started looking horrible during the day (white moons are now yellowish/greyish) but of course at night still look nice lit up. By about 9 mo the they started slow leaking and by 12 months, were dead - hold no air and very stained. Tried many ways to clean but to no avail. Lights still work though! For the price I’d say they are not even close to worth it!

I threw away directions before reading. These last gets turn on specifically according to directions. I thought they were another “bad buy”. I happened to get the email address and thought get well I’ll give it a try. I got an email the very next day with directions on how to turn them on and a please come tact them if any further problems. The lights worked!! Such a pretty addition to our pool! They are brand new and I’ve only had them a couple days but I really like them and the small business customer service I received was very quick, precise and appreciated. I highly recommend this on my experience. I will keep an update on how they are doing and maybe add some pictures I can take tonight when they turn on.

LOVE these pool lights. They really do look like the moon! I have had them in the pool all summer. This is the second summer we've had them, and they still light up every evening. But for some reason, the bottoms are turning a little blackish on the inside. When season is over I'll try to clean. Also, two of them seem not to be changing color (they go from a bluish tint to a golden glow). But even so, we got a good 2 years out of them so far, so I'm happy.

I have been using the Tially full moon floating solar powered pool ball lights for the last 4 years. I love them For the first time I had an issue with one of them and I kept the insert card they send with them offering a discount on future orders. I contacted them and they responded immediately with my discount and I ordered them and received them in the same day! The excellent customer service is greatly appreciated!!

They look great in daylight up close. The lights are not bright and the landscape is not shaded dark enough to be seen.

Great solar light for the pool, compliments my inflatable stars beautifully. So far this crescent moon has amazing brightness and reflects in the pool beautifully, what I’m most impressed about is the customer service that this small business gives the customer. They had enclosed a personal note thanking me for buying the product and when I reached out to the company they responded immediately, and with such kindness and concern for making sure the consumer was happy with their purchase! So nice to have great customer service these days and a great product that they can stand behind. one of the two units inside the box failed to work at all

I have turned them on by the button on the bottom several times now. Defective as they do not charge and do not glow at night. I ordered the exact same ones last year which worked fine then. Obviously got a set of defective ones.
