Game changer. 48 yr old male avg fitness level. I've been taking this once daily at the recommended dosage of 2 capsules in the morning for 5 days now. I’m always skeptical of “supplements” given they’re often back by questionable studies and not certified to contain what they actually claim. With that in mind I rolled the dice on trying this and Fadogia (same brand) as often recommended to stack together. Well, I’ve noticed a difference. Haven’t had my testosterone tested, or any other labs, so this is all personal experience. I’ve legit felt different. More energy, increased libido, better workouts, I just feel better. Oh yeah, fadogia is also claimed to increase testicular size…..it does, at least in my case. The only other thing I’ve changed is adding running into my weekly routine (2-3x per week). While it no doubt has helped to a degree it can’t account for all the positive changes I’ve had. Should also mention that everytime I’ve tried to begin running in the past I’ve had overuse injuries to my knees that stopped me early into developing the habit. I’ve intentionally paced myself to avoid that this time around and so far it’s worked. I can’t assert the supplements have helped with this, but I can’t deny it either. I’d recommend any man 30+ try this, I’m 39 going on 40. It’s taken about 2 weeks for me to see a noticeable change, so at worst you’re out roughly $40 if it doesn’t work for you. I’ve spent more on less. Definitely worth trying as you may be very pleased with the results. Only possible downside I’ve noticed in the same time period is a slight decrease in quality and duration of sleep.

Overall this is a great supplement! I recently tried this Tongkat Ali with the goal of increasing my energy throughout the day, although I ended up having an opposite reaction and felt extremely tired after taking it. Please understand how this herb works. It increases Luteinizing hormone signaling to the testes in men and ovaries in women. It will increase total testosterone by stimulating your testes, this might not be desired for everyone. It will unbind your sex hormone binding globulin so you have more free test. NOW UNDERSTAND THIS, it will block your estrogen receptors as well as inhibit estrogen production, leaving you with much less estrogen. For me personally, it left me feeling extremely tired, almost anemic. Please be careful with this product is it is powerful at hormone augmentation!
