Worked on my 10+ year old Air Conditioner
My through-the-wall A/C came with the house and the power button on the unit itself no longer works, so without a remote control, it was unusable. Unfortunately my dog chewed up the remote that came with the A/C. I was shopping for new A/Cs, bemoaning my plight, when I said, "Hey, let me check Amazon." I found this one, it was $16 and I figured it was worth $16 to see if I could save $800. Well, it worked right out of the box! All it needed were two AAA batteries (not included), and nothing else. The A/C turned right back on. Disaster averted!

WORKED ONCE THEN IT DIDN'T
Took a chance on this remote for the Frigidaire model in my apartment that was installed in 2011 The remote worked once, then it didn't. Turned my AC on, then off. Tried it again the next day, nothing. Brand new batteries, but it simply will not work after multiple attempts. The sales description of the remote states it's compatible with the AC in my apartment, yet the remote will no longer work. Waste of my money I do not recommend this product.

Price is $90 less than one from Frigidaire.
Price is $90 less than a new one from Frigidaire. Can't change modes but can increase and decrease temperature and turn unit on and off. So it serves it's purpose.

works perfectly
Honestly, I bought this not fully knowing if it will work or not, but it works perfectly as I needed it to. It's very easy to use, and fairly cheap as well. It fits well into my couch console so it's not a hassle and I would highly recommend it to all!

It worked!
I bought for my mom as the remote for her air conditioner wasn't working too well. Her neighbor found this remote on Amazon and sent it to me. I bought it for her; it came early, and she said it's working great!

It works!
Very flimsy plastic so I do not know how long it will last, but for the price, ease of use and no set up it is great! I can sit in my living room and turn on the AC. Lovely!

Our remote stopped working so purchased this one. It is compatible with our a/c. The only issue we have had is getting the eco button to work
