I’ve been using the Life Extension DHEA 25 mg tablets daily, and after consistent use I’ve noticed a real difference in my overall energy throughout the day. It’s become part of my morning routine and I feel more balanced and steady compared to before. One thing to note is that while these are marketed as dissolving tablets, I personally wouldn’t say they dissolve easily under the tongue. They take a little longer than expected, but the good news is they’re essentially tasteless, so it’s not unpleasant—just something to be aware of. Overall, this is a reliable, straightforward supplement that’s delivered the energy support I was hoping for. I appreciate that it’s simple, effective, and from a reputable brand. I’d continue using it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, daily DHEA option.

Through bloodwork, I found out I have low DHEA. Life Extension is one of my favorite supplement brands, so of course I went with them for DHEA. I no longer have low DHEA and my energy seems better. Good price.

My hormone whisperer PA recommended tester one since my levels were 0%. She would have put me on a compound pharmacy prescription for $95 per month, but that was not in my budget. So she recommended DHEA as an alternative. Not sure if it’s taking DHEA (25 mg) or my HRT kicking in, but I do feel better with brain fog, energy, and fatigue. The only issue I have with the DHEA is feeling some nausea a few hours after taking them. But, to resolve that issue, I eat a little something and the nausea goes away. It does take about 5 minutes for it to dissolve under your tongue and I don’t think it tastes as awful as some other reviews have said. I put these on a subscription because I will keep on taking them and may even bump myself up to 100 mg at some point.

DHEA is very important for the body to function. I had low levels, and my last lab report shows that the levels are now at a normal range. It doesn't give you energy but does other things to keep a body healthy.

It really works. First lab test showed my level was 162, after taking it every day for 2 months, my level went up to 542. So now I take it every other day...I'm gonna switch to lower dose after I finish this bottle.

Produit reçu scellé et conforme, mais après coup j’ai découvert que la DHEA n’est pas autorisée à la vente libre en France. Mon médecin m’a déconseillé de l’utiliser et j’ai voulu le retourner. Le vendeur n’a pas donné suite et, malgré une première confirmation de remboursement par Amazon, ma demande a finalement été refusée. Expérience très décevante.
