I like taking coconut oil. It works for a lot of things.

really loving this stuff! I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and it causes dry skin and many other issues. one of the most important things is to get coconut oil because of the benefits above other oils (I also love olive oil). Daily intake is so important for hair growth, skin softness, and nail strength. I love Nature's way and it's so nice to be able to get coconut oil in a way that is easier to palate. though I must admit it's a wonderful thing to put a tablespoon in to tea or coffee and use a milk frother (I have a battery operated one) it makes a yummy creamy almost latte like drink. I LOVE it!!

This makes me feel so clear headed. If you research coconut oil it really is an amazing thing. Natures way is the only brand I trust of vitamins so I bought their brand of coconut oil and have not been disappointed. A couple of years ago Dr. Oz took apart 10 echinacea capsules on his show and had them analyzed for content verification. Some capsules had a trace amount of echinacea in them and some had none at all, they were filled with something cheap that resembled echinacea. I was floored! These were brands I had seen for years! Only Natured WAY (not Natures Made) had exactly what it said it had. We take a lot of echinacea, so this really impacted me! Since that time, 60 minutes has done a special on herbal supplements as well, and again, Natures Way was the only one that contained what it said it had. I wish The FDA would regulate these! I threw away all my other vitamins and now I only buy natures way. No they don't pay me to say this and I've never received any free product, I'm just an informed consumer and a mom. I need to be very aware of what I give my family. I'm sure you can find both of these episodes online and verify it for yourself.

Easy to swallow pills and really help my husbands blood sugar stay low. Highly recommend. A++ seller.

I don't want to give this product a bad rating, but for me it's just okay. I'm a person that has allergies to tree nuts, pecans, peas, and some beans, soy and sulfa. After taking this product for a few days I started to itch and it increasingly became worse. The only thing that was different was the coconut oil. Once I stopped taking it, the itching started to subside. So just be careful if you have allergies.

Hello I've been taking these for 3weeks now and I am absolutely blown away by what they have done for me. I am a dog groomer and have suffered with arthritis in my hands and shoulders for the last few years. I read an article about how coconut oil has anti inflammatory benefits so I thought I would give them a a go. After 2 weeks of taking these capsules I can honestly say that I have more movement in my hands and NO pain in my joints. Anyone suffering from aching joints especially arthritis do give them a go I am never going to stop taking them better than any ibuprofen. Ps also made my skin look healthy
