No you can not wire 2 4ohm dvc subs down to 2 ohm. You Can get 1 ohm 4 ohm or 8 ohm

DVC dual voice coils 4 ohm DVC = 2 ohm in parallel or 8 ohm series 2 ohm DVC = 1 ohm in parallel or 4 ohm series Parallel is pos to pos (+ to +) neg to neg (- to -) If you have a mono block amp that can handle 1 ohm you could run one 2 ohm DVC or two 4 ohm DVC PAIR Two DVC subwoofers, the subs will have two sets of pos/negative terminals or wire depending on manufacturer. The ohm rating of the VC Voice Coils has little to do with how powerful the subwoofer is however, SVC single voice coil subs generally aren't as loud and for the most part have disappeared in Car Audio (yes you can find them but nobody runs SVC subs anymore) Be careful with the information you get on Amazon as MECP "Mobile Electronic Professional" techs don't hang out here. A battery isolator goes in between the main battery 12v and 2nd battery. It doesn't allow voltage from the main battery unless the ignition is to the run position, which by design is meant so you have to start the vehicle in order for it to pull power from the main battery/Alternator etc
