It works....read reviews and thought alI would give it a go, noticed a huge difference in a week of taking it, I am neurodiverse and in perimenapause so memory difficulties and brain fog of both things have been really affecting me, since taking this (alongside my HRT) I have found my brain feels better, I can remember things more easily and absorb things better, brain fog is more or less gone and I almost feel like my old self. Been on them for over a month and they are worth every penny I am so impressed at how well it's worked for me

Take it everyday.

I've been taking these for a couple of months now and I definitely wake up feeling more alert and with less brain fog throughout the day. It's difficult to say whether I feel more energetic but my focus and concentration has improved. I take just one a day. They are on the larger size for a capsules so if you have trouble swallowing capsules they may not be for you. I would recommend if you suffer with menopausal brain fog and have difficulty concentrating.

It has surprisingly nice taste when you break the capsule in your mouth (chocolate-like) but not noticed major energy levels improvement. If it was less expensive, people might consider buying it for the taste sake as it's really pleasant.
