Might just be dead.
Fit is correct, replacement is easy enough, the battery doesnt charge though. It worked ok for about a week, then about as well as the one it replaced for about a week, now the device doesnt charge at all.

Connector doesn’t fit MX master 3 R0052 model, without modification.
