Only half would light up
Very disappointed as it didn’t work, only one side would light up and I sent it back ages ago and still no refund so not happy

I've had this for a full year now, and initially I used it nightly now I am down to a couple nights a week because to be quite honest, I did not ever see a difference. Very expensive, I even took pictures so that I could compare them. I've seen no change whatsoever, actually, that's not true I am getting older, so I actually see more wrinkles. Big waste of money

I received a broken eye mask. I charged it fully and the mask only lights up for a second. I have contacted and tried to request a refund without being provided steps to resolve the matter.
