I originally bought this dress for my renaissance fair outfit to layer over a ruffled shirt. I got so many compliments on this dress. It is very flowy and fits snug around the bodice and comfortable to wear. It is washable and still looks great after a few times through the machine.

This dress was cute and lightweight - the perfect dark vibe I was looking for as an outfit base since I was seeing the Cure. I built a whole outfit around it and it was fabulous! That being said, I was glad I brought a layer along with me because the buttons of the shoulder straps (which hold the dress up) magically disappeared off the dress during the concert and I wasn't doing anything strenuous to cause major wear and tear (like dancing or anything) since it was a squished, seated venue. Thankfully the fit was pretty good on me, but if it had been looser, the dress might have fallen down! 😅 Now I need to purchase buttons to sew in. Not fantastic for a first wear. That one small issue aside, it is cool that the straps have multiple button holes so you can adjust the straps' lengths and the lighter weight of the fabric was good for someone who runs warm like me. For the price point, it seems fair, but beware those buttons popping off so you don't have any wardrobe malfunctions!

I'm always weary about buying clothes off Amazon and the Internet in general, often things won't fit me like the model but this dress was an exception! It was very flattering and comfortable! It was lightweight which was great because for some reason the sun is always hotter at the Ren faire lol but it wasn't see through! We had a random thunderstorm and down pour happen twice this last year and I will say this dress was SHOCKINGLY heavy when it was wet, but it dried quickly after being hung in the sun. I highly recommend to someone looking for a base costume for Ren faire that you can build around with accessories and make your own while still being affordable!

Such a cute dress. Kind of steampunk. Looks great with chunky boots or sandals. The fit is very flattering. Price is fair. Not sure yet how the belt part will hold up in the wash. The green and black colors were both winners for me!

Super cute dress. Comfortable, lightweight, and fits perfectly. Fabric is moderate quality.. no real complaints but its not super high quality.
