Burn This World

This album is amazing. Their best by far. I ordered this and to my surprise I got the bonus "tour edition" with an extra cd with either demos or preproduction songs, not sure what songs they are but they're all good too!I just recently started listening to The Browning on spotify. But I realized their first 2 albums weren't available on any streaming services. So I did a lil research and found that their original label owns the rights to those albums and the only way to get them is through physical copies. I still buy cd's so I had no problem buying them and because I needed more Browning! Both albums shipped from the UK and had them in 2 weeks and they sound amazing.

This is not a mix I am used to and kind of like it.While others will point to Asking Alexandria, my response would be that in their albums it felt more forced. The Browning seems to have found a good way to smooth out the edges when mixing the two genres.The album as a whole was "OK" with the standout song for me being Bloodlust.The rollercoaster screams mixed in and chopped were great.

This is an amazing album by The Browning each track just makes you want to listen to the next one and once the albums over repeat

Not too bad! New discovery to me and I found this album to be a nice spark, fresh direction for metal.Hard to pick out favorite selections from this album. I will say that there is a consistent energy start to finish (on both discs).Discover this new direction and ROCK LOUD to it!Strong recommendation!

This album is amazing through and through. If you like metal and electronic you don't have to look any further. I'm dissapointed I didn't find or hear of these guys sooner.

Techno + Metal doesn't always work. The Browning does it effortlessly and it sounds amazing. Like many have said, you don't have to skip any songs because they're all a pleasure to listen to. If you like this style of music, or like metal and are looking for something new, check this out! You wont regret it.

My absolute favorite album from my favorite band. This album never disappoints. Not a single bad song on it. These guys seriously rock.

What an album! Perhaps mastered a bit too hard, but with great tunes! Fresh, heavy and very catchy! A must buy.

Normalerweise höre ich eher klassischen Metal a la Maiden, Steel Prophet, Helloween aber auch klassischen Hardrock und auch viel Metalcore und gelegentlich auch etwas Death Metal. Was hat das alles mit The Browning zu tun ? Eigentlich nichts, aber ich möchte damit sagen, das man nicht unbedingt ein Freund experimenteller harter Klänge sein muss um die Musik von The Browning gut zu finden...Zur Musik selbst, ich bin ehrlich, ich habe noch nie zuvor etwas ähnliches gehört und war deshalb auch zuerst sehr verwirrt. Doch nach einigen Minuten hat es gezündet.Es wird hier recht derber harter Metal mit Death Metal und Metalcore und jeder Menge Breakdowns mit elektronischen Mitteln vermischt. Das besondere und für die Ohren herausfordernde ist aber, das diese elektronischen Soundspielereien wie Techno, Dubstep und massiver Keyboardeinsatz so sehr in die Musik eingebunden wurden, das sie fast gleichberechtigt sind.Ich weiss, das kann eigentlich gar nicht passen. Kurioserweise tut es das aber dennoch... und zwar so gut wie man es kaum für möglich halten würde.Nehmen wir das Lied Ashamed welches mit massiven Techno und Keyboardeinsprengseln starte und bevor man eigentlich genervt ausschalten möchte da man sich vor seinem geistigen Auge in einem unsäglichen Zappelclub wähnt, setzt ein knallharter aber melodiöser Metalcore/Deathmetalsong mit krassen Vocals ein und man kann einfach nicht mehr weghören.Rein gesanglich gibt es hier keine Clean Vocals zu finden, sondern nur derbes aber verständliches Gebrüll. Es geht stimmlich so ein bischen in die Richtug As I Lay Dying und die Stimme des ehemaligen Killswitch Engage Sängers Jesse Leach, machmal erinnert die Stimme auch an alte Sepultura...allerdings aggressiver und trotzdem sehr viel verständlicher.Sehr melodiöser, aber eben auch sehr derber Metalcore/Daethmetal vermischt mit Techno und Keyboardcollagen und ehrlichem aber heftigem Gesang ergibt eine Mischung, die man einfach mal austesten sollte.Anspieltipps sind : Ashamed, Time will Tell, Standing on the Edge und das vollkommen geile Bloodlust. Die Videos dazu einfach mal vorher auf You Tube anschauen.Und immer daran denken, wenn man glaubt als Fan handgemachter Metal Mucke die eketronischen Soundspielchen kaum länger ertragen zu können, sollte man immer noch einen Moment geduldig sein und auf das nächste einsetzen der restlichen Instrumente warten, ganz ehrlich so etwas abgefahrenes aber geniales hatte ich vorher noch nie gehört.Die CD hat einen äußerst druckvollen klaren Sound und ein informatives schönes Booklet mit allen Texten.Ich bin übrigens definitv keiner von diesen Amazon Eumeln der überall positive Kritiken hinterlässt.Hoffe euch mit der Kritik bei einem eventuellen Kauf etwas geholfen zu haben.

Viel muss ich nicht schreiben, inhaltlich sehr gute und detaillierte Rezensionen wurden bereits von anderen Rezensenten verfasst.Ein sehr brutaler, schneller und melodischer Metalcore / Death Metal mit unterstützenden Elektro-Elementen (Techno, Dubstep, Hardstyle). Einfach nur großartig und gehört ab jetzt zu meinen Lieblingsbands. Eine vergleichbar gute Mischung ist mir bisher nicht untergekommen. Sehr viele 'Hits' auf diesem Album.Jeder der etwas neues im Bereich des Metalcore / Death Metal sucht muss dieses Album unbedingt probehören.
