I've been using canes for over 2 years now. The first boot that I had, only lasted about 10 months. I bought this one and it's still going strong. I've read how some people are giving bad reviews because they used these for crutches. Common sense will tell anyone that the sharp aluminum of the crutches will cut right through the rubber. These are for canes! Excellent product.

This 5/8 was the perfect diameter & closest finished custom wooden canecend that fits snuggly! Since needing canev4 years, I looked out at last craft fair attended! At that point, artist carver knew me by sight, & saw me slipping ,& sliding with smooth cheaply made, rubber cane tips, that came off easily, did not fit snuggly! Recently after several falls, plus TRYING ALL Diameter tips available & 5/8" was wide, nonskid, ,,& perfect fit for almost 3/4" custom wooden canes I purchased at craft fair years ago. Not only did Iuck out on solid oak cane with slightly oval tip,,,: THESE TIPS ARE TIGHTER FITTINH, STURDY (NOT 1 SLIP OR SCREEN IN GROCERY STORE. BOTTOM IS WIDER NONSKID WITH GROVES LIKE RASING TIRES! BEST CHOICD 4 ANY CANE USER NEEDING 2 LEAN HARD ON CANE due 2 back injuries! Well made, never skids, & fits tightly so walking 4 disabled so much safer! Bought 2 packs just in case, and would highly recommend to other cane users instead on feet! Made walking easier,, & havent had 1 incident of tip sliding, l leading me to fall! Recommend as best tip 4 canes. Only con was despite measuring yip of cane, I had to order 2 different widths to see which 1 expanding to oval tip,, & stayed on securely.

These actually are designed primarily for canes, rather than crutches. In fact, it is very hard to find actual crutch tips that fit the narrower shafts. However, they do seem to give most of the stability I was used to with my old tips that wore out, even though they lack some of the flexibility that is preferred for the gait of crutches as distinct from canes.

These rubber cane tips are very well made there is a thick rubber padding on the bottom and a metal insert inside that the hollow metal cane rest's on so that the hollow cane cannot cut through it as it did with the tip that came with the cane

These are thin on the sides and very bendable. I can see them stretching and cracking and even slipping off. I don't trust them for my mother's cane. Sorry I paid this much for these. I ordered 4 of a different size from a different seller for the same price and they are nice and heavy duty. These kind of suck.

A nice snug fit; should stay in place. And, if not, I've got a replacement.

These have been very good tips for my walking cane. I have had them for a long time and have not even had to switch to the second one yet. There is no squeaky noise, they were affordable, they seem to grip well. As with all Kane tips, it's a little difficult to get the old one off and the new one on, but that is to be expected. You would not want your cane tip to come off easily while you're walking.

A great replacement tip. A nice tight fit and not too much flex in the material. Tested for 4 months until back on my feet.
